Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for all front- and back-of-house operations.
• Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Master the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost controls.
• Drive consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
• Implement systems and processes to support operational excellence and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong guest relationships to maintain our sterling reputation.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience: 5-7+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management. Fine Dining Experience.
• Operational authority: Deep understanding of FOH and BOH systems.
• Financial acumen: Proven success in managing budgets and improving margins.
• Leadership depth: Track record of developing managers and building stable teams.
• Professional presence: Calm and respected leadership style.
• Guest-focused mindset: Commitment to elevated hospitality and guest loyalty.
