Schlesinger's Steakhouse, Newport News' premier chophouse, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate team. Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level leadership for all front- and back-of-house operations.
Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
Master the P&L including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost controls.
Drive consistent execution of service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
Implement systems and processes to support operational excellence and scalability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Build strong guest relationships to maintain our sterling reputation.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience: 5-7+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management. Fine Dining Experience.
Operational authority: Deep understanding of FOH and BOH systems.
Financial acumen: Proven success in managing budgets and improving margins.
Leadership depth: Track record of developing managers and building stable teams.
Professional presence: Calm and respected leadership style.
Guest-focused mindset: Commitment to elevated hospitality and guest loyalty.
