Shift Manager Position

Shift managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. Shift managers starting over $18 typically have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience.

We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. We are a tight-knit family-owned and operated business. As a shift manager, you may be responsible for:

• Food safety

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
