At KETCH, our Home Support career opportunities are in our group home settings and responsibilities could include - providing supports, teaching, transporting, caregiving, personal care and hygiene assistance, training, educating, mentoring, coaching, community outings, and shopping. This is a positive and uplifting work environment which includes a great paid training program, plus growth and advancement opportunities. Full-time positions - evenings & weekend - plus overtime if available. Some part-time and day shifts are also available . Great work schedules for candidates who are also continuing their education. Requirements for a Home Supports :
• High school diploma or accredited GED
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less
• Work experience or knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is beneficial, but not required
• CNA, CMA, HHA, Caregiver or Direct Support Professional experience is beneficial, but not required
• Availability to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation (M-F 8a-4p)

Shifts : Fri 3p-Midnight + Sat & Sun 8a-8p; Mon-Thurs 3:00p-Midnight; Tues-Fri Midnight - 8:00a
