You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.**What You’ll Work On:*** Attend Exercise Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.* Lead SCP Working Group as required.* Make space allocation recommendations to government representatives as required.* Identify and communicate space allocation shortfalls as soon as possible.* Work with Operations Group SCP Leads to compile site-specific SCP drawings and combine these into one cohesive SCP supporting the entire Warfighter Exercise (WFX).* Brief draft and final SCPs to leadership as required.Join us. The world can’t wait.**You Have:*** Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint* Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine* Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time* Secret clearance* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military, or 10+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree**Nice If You Have:*** Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major* Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level* Experience developing Simulation Control Plans for Constructive Training Events* Experience with Microsoft Visio* Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks* Ability to utilize a customer-focused approach* Possession of excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills* Master's degree**Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
