The Role The Marketing Manager, Advisor Strategy & Enablement will design and lead Farther's advisor‑led growth system, setting the standards, playbooks, and programs that help advisors grow their practices organically. This player‑coach role focuses on building repeatable frameworks—advisor marketing foundations, digital presence standards, and lifecycle playbooks—while also serving as a front‑line voice with advisors considering joining Farther. You will define what 'great' looks like for advisor marketing across social profiles, online presence, and local visibility, and then turn that into prescriptive, plug‑and‑play growth playbooks that can be executed at scale. You will partner closely with the Marketing Manager, Enterprise Strategic Segments, to embed HNW, UHNW, and institutional narratives and materials into these programs, ensuring firm‑level strategies translate into day‑to‑day advisor behavior. You will also spend time each week on recruiting‑focused conversations, clearly articulating Farther's growth capabilities to prospective advisors and helping them see how the advisor marketing offering drives AUM growth.
