Overview Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome). We are seeking a full-time Clinician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. Treat patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic and specialize in non-traditional, niche areas with involvement in treatment using the DOC Band and EarWell systems. As a Clinician, you will evaluate and treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell. You will develop strong relationships with families and work closely with pediatricians and parents as the expert in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. We hire from various backgrounds and provide formal training and mentoring to support success. Responsibilities Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell. Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and related conditions; build strong relationships with families during the treatment process. Provide patient education and collaborate with families and pediatricians throughout treatment. Qualifications Licensed PT 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts).
