JOB SUMMARY

Maintains the cleanliness of the property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responds to request for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
2. Observes and reports on conditions which require attention and/or repair.
3. Maintain high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Remove trash to appropriate areas.
• Utilizes assigned equipment including but not limited to; vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
• Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
• Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
• Perform other jobs as assigned by the direction of management.
• Required to lift up but not limited to 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. At other times, the work requires some physical exertion, such as climbing, reaching, standing and walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting. The work environment is one with possible exposure to prolonged loud noise and sometimes close quarters.
