Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough sterilization of dental instruments and equipment to maintain safety standards.
• Monitor and document sterilization processes to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of dental supplies and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization areas and storage rooms.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental sterilization preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques.
