Location: Longmont, CO
Pay: $20$25/hour (Dependent on Experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring materials are accurately tracked, properly organized, and readily available to support uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities
- Build, stage, and maintain daily production kits with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and production disruptions
- Pull, organize, and prepare materials for production use
- Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and reconciliations within ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using analytical problem-solving skills
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to align material requirements
- Organize inventory locations, maintain racking and labeling standards, and improve material flow
- Participate in red tag meetings related to nonconforming or excess materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong inventory control and material handling knowledge
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Experience with cycle counting and discrepancy resolution
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Kitting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with inventory labeling and racking systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven operations

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
