What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee emergency room operations for a 3-bed ER unit
- Provide leadership and supervision as RN Charge nurse
- Administer emergency care and procedures
- Coordinate patient care with medical staff and support teams
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas
- Must have charge nurse experience in ER settings
- Ability to work night shifts and be flexible with schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills
