Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Job Summary Department: 34519 AMC Grafton - Critical Care: IU 2nd Floor ICU. Status: Full time. Hours per week: 36. Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Schedule Details: 9 FTE Nights 1900-0730; 48 hours of weekend shifts per 6‑week schedule; rotating holidays, approximately 2 per year. Previous RN experience preferred; passion for critical care. Location Aurora Medical Center – Grafton, WI. 132‑bed facility with 17 private rooms. ICU offers a collaborative environment supported by an on‑site intensivist, respiratory therapy staff, a manager, an educator, and a cardiovascular coordinator. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, effective communication, and leadership to create the safest patient environment. Lead efforts to deliver the best patient experience across the continuum of care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months. Previous RN experience preferred; passion for critical care.
