Details for the position Location: Boston, MA or Morristown, NJ Hybrid 40 hours a week – 2 days onsite through December 2026; required to transition to 3 days onsite beginning in 2027. 12‑month contract with possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance and business needs. Rate: $87.45 per hour on W2. Job Description The role drives the Patient Health Value (P&HV) strategy within Global Project Teams (GPTs), developing robust and ambitious Patient‑Informed Target Value Propositions (TVPs) that impact development strategies. The organization is expanding from Target Product Profiles (TPPs) to Target Value Propositions (TVPs), with health value becoming a strategic objective for integrated, patient‑centered evidence generation. The role ensures a clear Patient Relevant Information (PRI) strategy is developed in partnership with GPTs, Patient‑Informed Development, and Health Value Translation (HVT), and appropriate patient studies are conducted to generate meaningful insights. The position drives incorporation of innovative data sources and methodologies, including digital technologies and artificial intelligence, to strengthen TVPs through integrated evidence generation plans. In the Patient‑Informed Development & Health Value Translation (HVT) department, the individual leads therapeutic area workstreams and ensures seamless access to P&HV capabilities, transforming the development model toward patient‑centered evidence generation and enabling differentiated, impactful value propositions for patients at launch and throughout the product lifecycle. Bring the Patient Voice into Decision‑Making Represent the P&HV department at the GPT level. From M2 through Phase III, develop patient‑informed TVP and PRI strategies in collaboration with HEVA, Market Access, and Medical teams; ensure patient‑related insights are available for DWG, TARC, and IDCC decision‑making across all Sanofi development programs. Enable and coordinate GPT cross‑functional workstreams to identify unmet healthcare needs, outcomes and populations of interest, care delivery experience impacts, differentiation versus standard of care (SoC) and competitors, and value drivers for patients, payers, and HCPs; translate these insights into value‑added patient‑informed TVPs, trial designs, and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs). Coordinate Integrated Patient Evidence Generation Partner with Patient Engagement and Patient Relevant Insights & Outcomes leads to develop patient‑centered evidence generation strategies that inform and strengthen Patient‑Informed TVPs and identify regulatory opportunities for PRO/PED inclusion in product labeling. Foster integration of innovative methods and technologies to demonstrate patient health value, including patient preference, satisfaction and quality‑of‑life studies, real‑world data sources, modeling and simulation, predictive analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, prognostic factor identification, population selection, and treatment response prediction. Strengthen the PRI strategy beyond traditional PROs by leveraging digital approaches and patient research methodologies including concept elicitation, patient preference studies, patient surveys, social media listening, care delivery experience assessments, and drug delivery device usability studies. Ensure patient‑relevant endpoints are integrated into Phase III studies and that insights gathered by Patient Engagement leads are readily accessible to GPTs. Lead agile, cross‑functional, therapeutically aligned workstreams to ensure TVP and PRI strategies influence development strategies and key decision‑making. Required Skills PhD, MD, PharmD, or MBBS. 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences with a strong R&D track record. HEOR, RWE, and/or Market Access experience. Clinical trial experience. Experience communicating with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. Exceptional influence and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Cross‑functional leadership and integration capabilities with a strong results orientation. Ability to simplify complex challenges and navigate trade‑off discussions. Strong project management skills. Evidence generation beyond RCTs, including Real‑World Evidence (RWE), differentiation strategies, benefit‑risk demonstration preferred. Knowledge of public health systems and associated challenges, market access, pharmaceutical R&D, commercial strategy preferred. Familiarity with modeling & simulation, predictive analytics, population health management, digital health preferred. Familiarity with oncology, immunology & inflammation, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative disorders, rare blood disorders, rare diseases preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
