We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a healthcare team in Sonora, California . This role is ideal for a PT committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving functional outcomes.

Position Overview

• Complete comprehensive evaluations to ensure quality standards are met

• Identify and address areas requiring clinical attention

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Document care accurately in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (some certifications require a Bachelor’s): Required

• Master’s Degree: Preferred

• Prior related experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license: Required

• Physical Therapist (PT) credential: Required

• BLS / CPR certification (BLS, HS-BLS, RQI BLS, or Heartsaver CPR): Required

• Valid Driver’s License and must be 21 years of age or older: Required
