Inspire and help others achieve their fitness goals in a fun and engaging way!Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate small groups in energizing fitness classes, such as Yoga, Boot Camp, Functional Movement, Meditation, Holistic Health, Pound Fitness, or other strength, cardio, and flexibility-based activities.Foster a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages community members to reach their fitness and overall health and wellness goals.Typical QualificationsPassionate & Certified: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of group fitness instruction experience (required).Specialty certifications in Yoga, Bootcamp, Functional Movement, Pound Fitness, Mindfulness Activities, or similar preferred.Additional InformationADA and Other Requirements: Positions in this class typically require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, or up to 10 pounds of force constantly, to move objects.
