Bilingual Customer Operations & Customer Service Associate Irving, TX (Onsite) | Contract-to-Hire | Up to $23+/hr | Career Growth Opportunity

Departments Hiring Customer Care Representative Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
1-2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account questions, payment information, and title requests
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Provide payment options and account support
Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
Customer Accounts Representative Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Two late shifts weekly (11:00 AM-8:00 PM)
1-2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding accounts that are 1-29 days past due
Help customers update payment methods and enroll in AutoPay
Assist with password resets and account maintenance
Provide solutions while maintaining a strong customer-first approach
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Must have excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with customer service and problem resolution
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
Best: Bachelors OR Associates
Avg: 1-2 years of professional work experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
