Our coaches are the heart of The Little Gym and the reason so many kiddos can’t wait to come back each week! We get to teach gymnastics, celebrate new skills, build confidence, and create a place where kids can be themselves and feel proud of what they can do. Just as importantly, we have an incredible team that supports each other, laughs a lot, and works together to make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome and happy. It’s a pretty awesome way to spend your workday!

What You’ll Do:
• Lead fun, engaging gymnastics and movement-based classes
• Connect with kids and help them feel successful
• Build great relationships with families
• Help with birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Bring the energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm!

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Love working with kids
• Are energetic, outgoing, and dependable
• Enjoy being active and working with a team
• Are comfortable being silly and having fun
• Have experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, teaching, coaching, theater, or childcare. It’s a plus, but not required!

The Schedule:
• Part-time, typically 2–3 shifts per week
• Weekend availability required
• Consistent weekly schedule once training is complete
• Great for students, parents, or anyone looking for a consistent part-time schedule
