Manage inventory transactions, adjustments, and transfers. Process Concur expense reports and company credit card transactions. Support monthly accruals and routine AP accounting activities. Set up new vendors, collect W-9 documentation, maintain vendor records, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Experience with Concur, expense reporting, or corporate credit card processing. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
