Pediatric RN/LPN – 1:1 Home Care (Newark, NJ)

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an 8-month-old infant in Newark, NJ. This role is ideal for nurses who love pediatrics and enjoy delivering focused, individualized care in a supportive home environment.

We have immediate openings for day, evening and weekend coverage, offering steady hours and a consistent schedule. Our pediatric team provides strong clinical support so you always feel confident and backed by your care team.

Key Responsibility

Provide dedicated pediatric nursing care — supporting the infant's daily needs, comfort, and safety throughout each shift.

Pay Rates

RN: $39–$41/hr LPN: $35–$38/hr

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
