Machine Operators

IQ Resource Group is currently hiring production Machine Operators for a premiere metal manufacturing company in the Manitowoc area. We are searching for both experienced operators and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support daily manufacturing operations in a safe, fast-paced environment. Positions are available on all shifts, offering flexibility and long-term career opportunities. Training is available for motivated individuals looking to grow their skills in metal manufacturing. Pay: $20+/hr Hours: Currently hiring for 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts available Responsibilities: Operate CNC production machines according to work instructions Load and unload materials and finished parts Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, or gauges Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications Maintain accurate production records Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety policies and procedures Requirements: Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings Basic math and measurement skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work assigned shift #J-18808-Ljbffr IQ Resource Group, Inc.
