• Pay Rate: $70.00-$75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3x12 Hours), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Travel Requirements: Accepts first-time travelers

Job Summary

This is a Medical ICU travel nursing position at a medical facility in Worcester, MA. The role is a 13-week contract assignment on the night shift (3x12), requiring an active MA RN license and experience in an ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in a Medical ICU setting
• Float to other adult ICUs as needed based on unit requirements
• Adhere to scheduling based on the needs of the unit - absolutely no block schedules can be accommodated
• Provide coverage every other weekend and holiday
• Document patient care using the Epic charting system

Education Requirements

• MA RN License required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

Required Experience

• 2 years of ICU experience highly preferred; candidates with fewer than 2 years of ICU experience will still be considered

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to float to other adult ICU units as needed
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
• Flexibility with scheduling based on unit needs (no block schedules)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Float requirements: Will be required to float to other adult ICUs as needed
• Weekend and holiday coverage: Every other weekend and holiday required
• Scheduling is based on the needs of the unit; no block schedules can be accommodated
• Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
