Qualifications and Required Experience: Valid Illinois Social Worker (IL SW) license Experience providing social work services in a school or youth-focused setting Strong interpersonal and crisis intervention skills Comfort working with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds Solid organizational and documentation abilities Main Responsibilities: Conduct student assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, or behavioral concerns Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support students success plans Maintain thorough case records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance Respond to day-to-day needs and provide advocacy for students and their families This contract offers the flexibility to work with varying hours per week, depending on school needs, in a supportive educational environment.
