Step into a dynamic full-time contract opportunity near Clayton, DE, supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. In this rewarding on-site role, you’ll work 1:1 with students, creating impactful, evidence-based interventions to help each individual reach their communication goals. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Delaware State SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Strong clinical background in school-based settings or working with children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for partnering with educators, families, and students for the best possible outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive 1:1 speech and language therapy to students on caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and prepare required reports
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices
