They evaluate, plan and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician. Qualifications Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in Home Health preferred but not required Benefits Include Autonomy to create your own Schedule!
