We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and maintain lasting partnerships.

Position Overview

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in a protected geographical territory.As a Territory Sales Representative, you are your own boss; researching accounts, planning and implementing strategies, developing new accounts, expanding existing accounts, servicing all accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. While this is a remote position, regular travel throughout the territory (and beyond) will be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build strategic connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM (or similar) to track leads, manage client relationships, and analyze sales performance.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in territory sales, account management, or related sales role.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Completion of professional sales training programs (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel frequently within the territory, including up to 10 overnight stays per month.
