Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing superior service and technical support.
• Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions aligned with residential customer needs.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations to homeowners and prospects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to enhance products and services.
• Represent the company at local community events and promotional activities.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in HVAC sales with a focus on residential markets, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems and products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with residential customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
