Affiliate Manager

You own a book of marketers running real traffic on real offers. Their revenue is your P&L. You get full control to grow it, a real cut of what you unlock, and the job of multiplying the people in your book instead of babysitting them. The offers, the funding, and the training are all built. Your job is to find who in your portfolio has a spark and feed it.

Bootcamps, squads, and community calls teach whole cohorts how to run specific offers. When one of your affiliates proves a winner, you don't scale it alone. You hand it to the room that trains the next 30 people on it.

So you're not a support function. You're a growth owner. If one marketer in your book cracks something, you package it, route it, and get paid on what the community does with it. The weakness of the system is that marketers copy each other. Your job is to make sure what gets copied is worth copying.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of affiliates end to end. Their performance is your P&L.Find the spark: the marketer who's one angle, one offer, or one platform away from breaking out. Build creatives with them, write hooks, pick the offer. Approve affiliates for offers, set initial caps, raise caps as traffic proves out. Push EPC and cap increases internally with the Offers team. Read daily numbers per affiliate (revenue, EPC, cap use, traffic quality) and make the call to push, change, or kill. Package your winners cleanly and feed them into bootcamps and squads. Push diversification. If your book is stuck on one platform or one offer, open the next one.

The Ideal Candidate

• You've managed a book of affiliates, media buyers, or publishers somewhere real, and you can name who you grew and by how much. You've sat with a struggling marketer and gotten them to a winner. Not by reading the SOP, by picking the angle with them. You can look at an affiliate's day and tell within 24 hours if they're worth doubling down on. You've gotten someone out of a copy habit and into inventing their own stuff. You want a real cut of what you unlock, not a flat salary with slow raises. You can write a clear brief that a room of marketers will actually read.
  

Requirements

Experience managing affiliates, media buyers, or publishers in affiliate, performance, or app marketing. Hands on with CPA, CPI, rev share, tracking links, attribution, postbacks.Direct response instincts. You think in offers and angles, not reports. Comfort on at least one major organic platform (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit) and the appetite to learn new ones.Strong written English.
