Sterneberg Construction is looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join our team — no construction experience required, we'll train you from the ground up.

You'll start out working hands-on alongside the owner, learning the trade firsthand. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility, eventually managing jobs and subcontractors, while still staying willing to jump in and get your hands dirty when needed.
