The Part Time Leasing Consultant plays a key role in supporting the management of residential apartment properties by providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process. This position operates within a small team of 2-5 members, utilizing property management software and CRM tools to efficiently manage tenant relations and documentation. The consultant will focus on marketing properties and coordinating lease renewals, with opportunities for advancement to a senior leasing consultant role.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
• Conduct property tours to showcase available residential apartments
• Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements
• Screen applicants to ensure eligibility and suitability
• Market properties through various platforms and channels
• Coordinate lease renewals and manage tenant retention efforts
• Maintain positive tenant relations through effective communication
• Manage lease documentation and maintain accurate records

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in leasing or property management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Time management and sales techniques proficiency
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Basic administrative skills
