Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Beaverton, OR Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:40 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM-12:40 PM
Clinic Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic providing patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.
Patient Information:
- Adult patient population (approximately ages 20-99)
- Treating orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and spine-related conditions
- Average caseload: 8-12 patient visits per day
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient physical therapy position

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Treat a diverse patient population with orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and spine-related conditions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices
Requirements:
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Comfortable treating patients across a wide range of ages and conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community
