Our client is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial landscape companies in the Atlanta market , and they're looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a $1.2M portfolio and help elevate service quality and revenue growth.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll be the face of the company—working directly with clients while partnering with operations to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a   portfolio of HOA, multifamily, and commercial properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—building long-term relationships
• Conduct monthly site walkthroughs to ensure quality and identify opportunities
• Proactively sell and manage enhancement projects
• Partner closely with production teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Identify, document, and resolve service issues quickly and completely
• Coordinate daily priorities with Operations Supervisors and field teams
• Ensure all work aligns with site design intent and client expectations
• Represent the company professionally in all meetings and communications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or related field
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and sell enhancements
• Working knowledge of:
  • Landscape maintenance practices
  • Irrigation systems and troubleshooting
  • Plant material, design intent, and site presentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
• Spanish is a plus (not required)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
