Data Entry / Receiving Analyst – Bilingual Spanish
Location: Edison, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $18 to $22 hour, based on experience
Position Summary
Our client, a leading third-party logistics company in Edison, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Receiving Analyst to support warehouse receiving operations. This position is responsible for accurately entering and analyzing receiving information, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records within the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with Excel and data, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate receiving data into the company’s WMS
- Import and export information between Excel and the WMS
- Review receiving documents and compare information for accuracy
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, and missing information
- Create and use Excel formulas, spreadsheets, filters, and sorting functions
- Analyze data and prepare reports as needed
- Verify quantities, product information, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records
- Assist with resolving receiving issues and data errors
- Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Communicate with employees and warehouse staff in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, receiving, inventory, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- WMS experience is a plus

Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Importing and exporting data
- Sorting and filtering
- Creating formulas
- Data entry and formatting
- Comparing information across spreadsheets
- Basic data analysis
