This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.Position Overview:Full-time RN opportunities (2–3 openings)Care for a diverse patient population across Telemetry and Renal specialtiesWork within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong clinical supportQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of RN experience requiredExperience in high-acuity settings such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Renal preferredStrong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skillsAbility to confidently respond in code situationsCommitment to high-quality patient care and teamworkSchedule:Day and Night shifts availableSelf-scheduling offered after orientationTypical schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off with rotating weekendsOrientation & Support:Structured onboarding with a dedicated preceptor and clinical educatorPersonalized support based on individual development needsNight shift hires will complete most of orientation on days before transitioningCompensation:$27.30/hr – $45.97/hr based on experienceRNs with 3+ years of experience can expect to start around $29.95/hr
