Compensation:
Base pay is $20.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks meal period and shifts
- Assist with setup cleanup stock work and special tasks
- Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty
- Lead store cleanliness and safety always ready for guests and teammates
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
- Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
- Active in inventory and waste management
- Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
- Perform all other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
- Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Drive-Thru experience is preferred
- Guest service focused solution oriented
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work a mixture of open closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
