Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00 Benefit Highlights: Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 Paid Holidays, 8+ Sick Days (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Retirement Plan with 6% match Your Responsibilities: Optimize provider schedules by coordinating appointments, managing cancellations, and maximizing patient access to ensure efficient, high-quality care. Proactively connect patients to care by maintaining treatment lists, conducting patient outreach, and filling same-day and future openings based on clinical priorities. Partner with clinical teams to coordinate scheduling, communicate patient needs, and support seamless, team-based dental care. Deliver exceptional patient service by providing courteous communication, maintaining accurate patient records, protecting confidentiality, and ensuring scheduling follows established guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in a dental front office setting or equivalent experience. Proficiency with an electronic health record system Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
