Description Our Banquet Captains are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverages to banquet guests during events. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate banquet service staff to deliver high-quality service. Set up banquet spaces, including linens, table settings, and equipment. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and politely. Act as primary guest liaison—address any needs or concerns during events. Assist in planning and executing wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, birthday, and other celebrations.
