HVAC Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our HVAC service and project portfolio. In this role, you will focus on cultivating new client relationships, understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that improve system efficiency and performance. Primary Responsibilities Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting efforts such as cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and strategic engagement. Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Meet with clients on-site to evaluate HVAC systems, uncover operational challenges, and understand budget expectations. Recommend solutions that balance technical requirements with business objectives. Develop comprehensive proposals outlining scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Effectively communicate recommendations, address objections, and demonstrate value. Partner with estimators, field teams, and project managers to ensure accurate scoping and seamless execution of projects. Serve as a trusted resource for customers, fostering long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals through strategic planning and proactive outreach. Keep current with HVAC technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
