Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple educational programs, the full-time remote Program Delivery Manager will ensure high-quality learner experiences, oversee onboarding and program setup, and drive success metrics while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Own the delivery of programs, focusing on learner satisfaction and performance metrics Serve as the primary contact for learner support and engagement, addressing escalations and coordinating events Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance program delivery and efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4-6 years of customer experience management Experience in scaling customer experience for high-profile segments Strong program management and customer service skills Experience with online learning delivery
