The Prep Cook role is responsible for preparing fresh, flavorful, wellness-forward food that reflects LYFE Kitchen's commitment to uncompromising hospitality, quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and assemble menu items according to LYFE Kitchen standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and organization at all times
• Support opening, peak service and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams

• Hospitality: Support the guest experience through cleanliness, quality, and reliability
• Sense of Urgency: Maintain pace with service demands while staying focused and accurate
• Health & Wellness: Uphold strict sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen or dining environment
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Food service certified within 30 days of hire
• Minimum age requirement of 17 years old
