Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred qualifications:** Professional certification in project management (PMP) Experience working in a global and matrixed organization. Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management.
