Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Family Law Attorney to join our team. Our firm has been serving clients for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation among clients, attorneys, and the courts.

In this role, you will provide legal counsel and representation in a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and related issues. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills to help clients navigate complex and often sensitive legal situations with confidence.

Associate Attorneys work closely with lead attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include case evaluation and reporting, recommending legal strategies, drafting and reviewing motions and orders, conducting discovery and depositions, preparing for and participating in trial, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage cases effectively while supporting client objectives.

We are looking for candidates who are licensed, or planning to become licensed, in Nevada. Applicants should have a solid understanding of legal principles, statutory and case law, and court rules and procedures. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and approaches their work with integrity, efficiency, and professionalism.
