Energy Sales Representative – Inbound & Outbound Call Center
We are looking for motivated and energetic sales professionals to join our growing energy sales team. This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are confident on the phone, competitive, and driven by commission-based earnings.
As an Energy Sales Representative, you will speak with residential customers in deregulated energy markets and help them switch to alternative energy suppliers offering competitive rates and savings on their utility bills.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with residential energy customers
- Educate customers on available electricity and gas supplier options
- Present competitive rates and explain potential savings
- Verify customer eligibility and complete enrollments accurately
- Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
- Build rapport quickly and overcome customer objections
- Maintain professionalism and positive energy throughout the shift
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Energy deregulation experience is a plus, but not required
