Express Lube Advisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to join our dynamic automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by effectively managing quick lube customers, offering expert advice on vehicle maintenance, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Evaluate customer needs for express lube services and recommend appropriate packages and services.
- Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle maintenance tips and product options.
- Schedule and manage express lube appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and maximizing service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of lube and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, brand innovations, and changes in the automotive industry to provide accurate and helpful advice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical vehicle information and convey it clearly to customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to automotive service management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
