Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with experience in aluminum fabrication, specifically in doors and storefront systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut, drill, and machine aluminum profiles accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines for aluminum extrusion cutting, drilling, and routing
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production schedules
• Set up machines, tools, and materials for each job
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions and specifications
• Perform quality checks on finished parts
• Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output targets
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams
• Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in storefront, curtain wall, or door fabrication is highly preferred
• Ability to read shop drawings and production documents
• Familiarity with CNC software and machine controls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic math and measurement skills (fractions, decimals, tolerances)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
