Locum Physician - Radiation Oncology in Lima, OH

Are you a dedicated Radiation Oncologist seeking flexible and rewarding locum opportunities? Bon Secours St. Ritas Cancer Center is actively seeking skilled physicians to provide critical outpatient radiation oncology coverage at our state-of-the-art cancer centers in Lima and Celina, Ohio. What You'll Do:

• Deliver outpatient radiation oncology services at St. Rita's Cancer Center and Grand Lake Regional Cancer Center.
• Cover a variety of procedures including Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, MRT, External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and SBRT.
• Prescribe, order tests, and manage patient treatment plans in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Work alongside dedicated staff and other radiation oncologists, with support from one advanced practice provider.
• Contribute to patient care for adult populations in a hospital-based, outpatient environment.

Required Skills:

• Medical Degree with valid medical licensure to practice in Ohio.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
• Proven experience with modern radiation therapy procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with Mosaiq and Epic EMR systems.
• Prior locum or temporary coverage experience.
• Comfort managing adult patient populations with complex treatment needs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of clinical radiation oncology experience.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous experience with advanced radiation techniques and procedures.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for a minimum of 2 weeks per month for coverage.
• Willingness to work 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Credentialing expected within 90-120 days.
• Reimbursements for travel, lodging, and rental car expenses are provided.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and documentation standards.
