You'll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, represent Ernest throughout the candidate experience, and help ensure every new hire strengthens the collaborative, high-performing culture we've worked hard to build.This position requires someone who has a high sense of urgency, relationship-driven, organized, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our corporate office in Commerce, CA, to attend in-person training sessions and periodic office attendance as requested.ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with qualified candidates.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the pre-employment process, guiding candidates through background screening requirements while working collaboratively to meet the company's hiring objectives.Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process.Prepare, maintain, and regularly update recruiting reports and hiring metrics to support department objectives.Follow established recruiting processes, procedures, and documentation standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Qualified Applicants Will BeCooperative and open to learning best practices within a corporate recruiting environment.Positive, outgoing, and enjoy building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities and short timelines.Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate information and following established processes.Collaborative team players who contribute to a highly team-oriented working environment.Pay range: 72 - 85k DOEErnest is a nationwide company, but did you know that our humble roots started in a Los Angeles garage?
