Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on K-12 students? We're seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services as part of a contract assignment. This role will let you use your expertise in a collaborative educational environment, working directly with students and staff to support meaningful growth and communication development.

Preferred candidates are comfortable delivering care to a diverse K-12 population, are eager to engage with school teams, and bring a positive, student-centered approach to their practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP; eligibility to obtain state license if not already held
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting is highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Professional, reliable, and responsive in a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person assessment, therapy, and intervention services for K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide required documentation
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to facilitate student success
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate in meetings, team discussions, and professional development activities
