Part Time Bartender - George's Bar

We are looking for a personable and energetic Part Time Bartender to join our team at George’s Bar & Spritz. This role is centered around crafting high-quality cocktails and spritzes, providing attentive and engaging service, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys guest interaction, and can balance service with light operational responsibilities. About George’s George’s Bar & Spritz is a porch bar located at the Curry Mansion Inn, inspired by the Amalfi Coast. It offers a curated cocktail and spritz menu in a laid‑back, social setting, serving both guests of the inn and the public. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, spritzes, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to George’s standards. Provide friendly, attentive service while engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming porch atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and porch seating area throughout service. Restock bar inventory, glassware, and garnishes as needed. Complete light opening, mid‑shift, or closing duties to support smooth daily operations. Use iPad‑based platforms (Guesty, Breezeway, and PointCentral) to complete unit or area checks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience during peak and slower periods. Requirements Previous bartending or hospitality experience required. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort using technology and iPad‑based applications. Availability for assigned shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed. Ability to lift and restock supplies up to 25 lbs.
