Job Type:RegularWork Location:Market - AMRET - MO - Kansas City 209Overview:Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Representative and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory!Schedule: Monday - FridayPay: $23 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus OpportunityRequirements: This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.This is a field-based role where you will visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program. You will serve as the face of the brand in the field building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.What You’ll DoVisit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused mannerIntroduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefitsProvide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidencePlace and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-storeDocument visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systemsWork closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are metWhat This Role Looks Like Day-to-DayField-based position with daily travel within your assigned territoryApproximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and schedulingMix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-upIndependent work style with strong support from leadership and training teamsWhat’s In It for YouNo weekendsWeekly Pay (DailyPay Options Available)Paid training and onboarding supportMileage reimbursement and paid travel timeNext-day pay options availableFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)Company-provided mobile device and materialsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently in a field-based environmentOrganized, reliable, and able to manage a daily routeAdaptable, professional, and customer-focusedPrior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plusJob Description:Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailerDrive merchant awareness within your assigned territoryMaintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employeesAttempt to place point of purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of businessAdvise merchants by providing information on productsAudit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays and merchant feedbackTravel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote productsContribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as neededResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail OperationsEnsure feedback reporting is submitted in timely mannerPerformance Measurements:Meet or exceed quarterly visit goalsMeet or exceed weekly in store time goalsVisit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basisEffectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advanceEffectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visitsEffectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivityRecord and maintain appropriate documentation for each visitQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent experience requiredSix (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experienceDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesExcellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a timeAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to maintain customer confidentialityReliable transportation within assigned territoryWhat You Can Expect From 2020 CompaniesWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
