Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Current Pennsylvania clearances (within the past year) or willingness to quickly renew
• Previous experience in a special education classroom preferred
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for approximately 12 students
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal requirements
• Support student progress both academically and socially from 7:45am-4pm, Monday through Friday
