About This Role The Staff RN in Postpartum provides professional nursing care as a leader of the healthcare team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. Highlights Pay: $60 - $82/hour Location: Fontana, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team; delegate tasks appropriately. Understand own and team members' scope of practice and escalate issues as appropriate. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan. Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans. Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures. Chart accurately, ensuring documentation reflects nursing processes. Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and the healthcare team. Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
